Jarun is a Central Michigan University graduate with a degree in Psychology. Jarun pushes himself to grow each and every day and because of this determination, he is living out his dreams of success. Jarun would say that growing as a person and a professional every day is the most valuable thing that comes out of working in this industry. Jarun hopes to help others grow professionally and personally as well through his leadership. His short term goal is to succeed in New Mexico with Rubicon Marketing Group and he has big goals of expanding his business to Colorado.

Aaron is a 22 year old, driven and motivated young professional. His short term success with Rubicon Marketing Group has absolutely been the relationships he has built with like-minded professionals. His long term goal is to become the owner of his company. In his spare time, Aaron loves to snowboard!

Joshua is a 25 year old Old Dominion University graduate with a background in Media and Public Relations. His short term goals are to grow with the Rubicon Marketing Group team and his long term goals are to help the Rubicon Marketing Group team become an extremely successful and profitable company.

Halie is an 18- year old University of New Mexico student working toward her BS. Through her time with Rubicon Marketing Group, Halie has expanded her business skills and is growing tremendously as a young professional. Halie is a shining star and is constantly looking for the positive in every situation. In her spare time, Halie loves to exercise and stay active!
