For example, everyone knows that having big goals is important, but we go beyond this and teach our people the strategies needed to hit whatever targets we set for ourselves.

• Start SMART: Using a system like SMART to work through potential goals is a good first step toward achieving them. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound, and using these traits as a filter allows us to craft a clear target out of even the vaguest wish.
• Work With the Seasons: We get excited about the changing seasons, so we recommend using this energy as motivation to achieve our goals. For instance, summer is coming to an end right now, so we’re currently working on setting fresh goals for fall which will set us up to end 2019 with a bang.
• Share Your Ambitions (With Select People): Another of the great things about this team is that we support one another. When we set personal goals, we share them with the rest of the team. That way, we can all cheer one another on.
